Collective Worship and Religious Education are fundamental parts of not just our curriculum, but also our ethos and 'way of life' within St. Werburgh's C.E. Primary School. In school, we follow the 'Understanding Christianity' curriculum and provide children with the opportunity to learn about Christianity and also other religions to help them to build a deeper understanding of British society and be part of a global community.
Children come together for Collective Worship and we are blessed to welcome members of our local Church, Parish and community to lead us and share these special experiences with us.
We are excited to have Rev. Sue Symons in our family to leading the church and Parishioners of St. Werburgh's.
Mrs Elaine Sales helps to bring us closer to the Church through our love of music and her leadership of both the school and the church choirs.
